Hospitality Service Specialist is a problem solver from heart. You ensure that guests had the best experience with us by solving daily challenges with guest reservations, villa maintenance, and unexpected occurrences with composure & a hospitable tone. You will be responsible to meet face-to-face with the guests and dealing with challenging personal situations in the field.

Job Description

The mission of Hospitality Service Specialist is to become customer support throughout the duration of stay including giving local recommendations. You need to assure each guest in person upon arrival which might require daily visit to each property. As what a good listener should be, you will collect, manage, and distribute feedback from guests to owners & operation teams.

The real satisfaction comes with seeing your plans come to reality. It comes from the heartfelt gratitude of seeing a property owner complete program that you invented. It comes from fixing the root cause of a guest complaint and knowing that future guests will have a flawless stay. Because you made it so. Qualifications:

  • Understand Bukit Vista Core Values 
  • Personality: growth mindset, bias to action, self-learner. 
  • Proficient in written/spoken English. Another third language (such as Mandarin, Rusian, etc) will be a plus point
  • Education: we have no preference. 
  • Background: a promising history of achievement & accomplishments in academics, sports, business or extra-curricular activities.
