As a Human Resource Intern, your main duty is to nurture your team and find the best talents to run our innovative missions. You will be the first ‘gatekeeper’ for anyone who wants to join our fun team. We count on you because you source the highest quality talents in the country, Asia region, and in the world for us! That means you will be the toughest filter in our company.
We also rely on you to build a good nurturing team in our company. You make it possible by setting innovative strategies in order to provide a great culture! Your mission is to build a world-class team to lead the future of hospitality. You will be in charge of posting job posts on online platforms, screening CVs, qualifying candidates, interviewing for cultural & mission fit, scheduling carousel interviews. To achieve that, you need to develop hiring strategies such as making an event related to hiring, talent acquisition, and more.
The real satisfaction comes with seeing your plans come to reality. It comes from the heartfelt gratitude of seeing a property owner complete program that you invented. It comes from fixing the root cause of a guest complaint and knowing that future guests will have a flawless stay. Because you made it so.
