Job description

As the Online Support for Guest Relations at Bukit Vista, You will cater the guest from afar by helping their check-ins, requests, and complains. You will be the point of contact for our guests. It's a fun and challenging at the same time, are you up for it?

  • Online customer support for the guest from reservation, before check-in, during stay, and after they checked out to deliver excellent personalized service including giving local recommendations.
  • Precise reservation skills & product knowledge to convert a high number of inquiries to bookings. 
  • Coordinating local support team and logistic teams to ensure the safe arrival and a properly prepared accommodation for the guest.
  • Ensure that guests had the best experience with us by solving daily challenges with guest reservations, villa maintenance, and unexpected occurrences with composure & a hospitable tone.
  • Collect, manage, and distribute feedback from guests to owners & operation teams.
  • Innovating new hospitality solutions by creative problem solving. 

Required skills

  • Superior written/spoken English, Bahasa Indonesia and preferably a third language (Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or French)
  • Experience in hospitality role - guest facing for 3-4 years.
  • Willingness to learn new computer technologies, mobile apps and workflows.
  • A strong tendency to solve problems via innovation. 
  • Experience in managing cloud-based spreadsheets, documents and popular instant messaging platforms.
  • Experience in demanding, high-paced, low-fault-tolerance work environments.
  • Hospitality problem solving - assuring guest satisfaction, managing expectations, dealing with challenging personal situations
