As a reservation coordinator, you are in charge of an online account with an OTA platform (Airbnb, HomeAway and Booking.com). You will be managing multiple properties and expected to grow your portfolio of properties. The reservation manager must respond multiple times each day to guest inquiries.
As a hospitality coordinator, you will be dealing with guests face-to-face. Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
