  • Type of employee : Full time employee (ONLY)
  • Length of work : Has passed probation (3 months orientation)

How to create The List of Employee who would get BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  • Type of employee : Full time employee (ONLY)
    • The list can be find in “Redash
    • Ask for the access to Vidi BukitVista (PD)
    • Go to the dashboard and click “HR” Tags
    • Search and click “Employees” document on the list
  • Length of Work : More than 1 year and pass probation (3 months Trial)
    • The length of work of each employee also can be seen from the “Employees” document

List Benefits of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

  1. Work Accident Insurance (Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja/JKK)
    • Provide protection against the risks of accidents that occur in the relationship work, including accidents that occur on the way from home to work and diseases caused by the work environment.
  2. Security Death (Jaminan Kematian/JK)
    • Provide cash benefits given to heirs when the participant dies not due to a work accident
  3. Old Age Security (Jaminan Hari Tua/JHT)
    • Ensuring that employees receive cash if they enter retirement, experience permanent total disability, or die
  4. Pension Insurance (Jaminan Pensiun)
    • Ensure that employees will have a decent standard of living when employee lose their income due to retirement age or experience permanent total disability.

Payment Arrangement

For BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, it’s pretty straightforward. A fixed fee of Rp 60,000 will be deducted from your compensation package. We’ll note this on your employee journal every month under ‘Deduction’ column.

  • Your birth mother’s name
