What will you do:
- AI-Enhanced Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies using AI-powered tools to drive lead generation and enhance our online presence. Identify target audiences, select appropriate channels, and create engaging campaigns to attract potential guests.
- AI-Driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize our website and digital content with the help of AI algorithms to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility in search engines. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and implement effective SEO practices.
- Content Marketing with AI Integration: Create and optimize content for our website, blog, and other digital platforms using AI-generated insights to attract and engage potential guests. Develop relevant and valuable content, including articles, guides, videos, and infographics, that aligns with our target audience’s needs and interests.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Create compelling email content, segment audiences using AI segmentation tools, and implement automation workflows to deliver personalized and timely messages.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with AI Analysis: Analyze website and campaign performance using AI-driven analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, implement UX/UI best practices, and refine landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize AI-powered digital marketing analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights backed by AI-driven data to optimize marketing strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Market Research, AI Analysis, and Competitor Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities using AI-driven market analysis tools. Conduct market research, monitor competitors’ digital marketing efforts with AI-driven tracking, and identify new opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Work with external partners, agencies, and influencers to expand our reach and maximize marketing impact.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, advertising, and content creation.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engaging campaigns.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You are expected to have executor leadership level in this role.
