  • Payment will be processed online when guest make a booking by OTA (Booking.com, Airbnb, Traveloka, etc). Each OTA have different ways of sending payment.
  • Airbnb will send the payment to owner and Bukit Vista separately according to commission. 
  • Booking.com will send payment for all booking at once every 15th on the next month.
  1. Consultation. Bukit Vista will observe and make a thorough analysis about your property and match to guest expectation.
  2. We will give you revenue projection and proposal of our services. 
  3. If you think the partnership agreement is good, we will sign a one year contract.
  4. Our professional teams will start working on your property by taking beautiful photos, promoting online, setting up pricing, training onsite staff and getting ready for guest.
  5. Sit and relax, you monitor your property performance from the app that we provide.
