- We prefer properties that are located in Canggu, Uluwatu, Ungasan, Bingin, Jimbaran, Kutuh, Bingin and Yogyakarta.

Building Condition:
- We prefer properties that are built between 2019 and today. Your property needs to be well maintained.
Ownership:
- Make sure that you are not involved in any other property management services.
- Your property must not have a business website that is well-established.
- Your Airbnb account is not handled by a “Superhost” or a host with many other properties (either managed by property management, has a marketing manager, or other agent) Basically, you are not already working with anybody else on the property and have the right to hire a property management company for the property.

Through online travel agencies (OTAs), including:
Our business intelligence team analyzes data from the market like location, average rate, occupancy rate, seasonality, facilities, and amenities, among others to determine the best strategy for your property.
- Payments to Bukit Vista will be processed online when guests make a booking through an OTA (Booking.com, Airbnb, Traveloka, etc). Each OTA service has different ways of processing payments.
- Airbnb will send the correct payment amounts to the owner (you) and Bukit Vista separately according to the commission breakdown.
- Booking.com will send payment for all bookings on the 15th of the following month.
There is a minimum contract length of 1 year.
