The space

This house is a newly renovated house with 3 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. It has a cozy living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for big groups or families to have a holiday in this cultural city Yogyakarta.

THE ROOM
We provide AC in every bedroom. Unfortunately, no extra beds are provided. Ensuite bathroom with hot water attached to two rooms. Never worry about running out of space as this property offers spacious living room and garden, perfect for family occasions.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils such as a stove, kettle, plates, and glasses. A water dispenser and fridge were also provided.

LAUNDRY ROOM
There’s also a laundry room with a washing machine that you can use.

Guest access

The entire house is yours, feel free to use all the equipment. The house is located inside a cluster complex with 24 hours security. Strategically located in a convenient area and not difficult to find on maps. It’s beautifully designed so every room can have nice air circulation.

There’s a parking space for one car in the parking lot just in front of the house. If you happen to bring 2 cars, feel free to park the other one on the street in front of the house.

SECURITY & NEIGHBOURHOOD
Our house is located inside a cluster complex with 24 hours security watch. The street in front of the house is safe for children since there are only few vehicles passing.

WIFI
Wifi connection is provided in this property. Perfect for those who seek a relaxing place to work remotely.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is not provided by us. However, feel free to cook your own breakfast in our lovely kitchen 🙂

TO GET FOOD
There are some restaurants and food stalls nearby. You can also just search for what you’re craving with Gojek/Grab mobile app.

DIRECT CONTACT
Airbnb policy stated that we can not do a site visit before the booking confirmed for safety reason. The exact address and direction of the property will be given after you book the property.

CHECK-IN TIME
Please be informed that our check-in time is at 14:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive at any earlier time, drop your luggage first and start enjoying your day exploring the area while awaiting for your house to be ready. Our check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team start cleaning.

You can pay directly to Airbnb with Credit Card, but if you don’t have one you can pay using electronic bank like

PICK-UP SERVICE
Unfortunately, we currently only provide accommodation hosting. You may travel to our house by taxi, GoCar, GrabCar, or we can recommend you our trusted transportation service. We will gladly meet you at our home 🙂

SMOKING POLICY
We want to inform you that smoking inside the property is prohibited. But, you can smoking in the outside.

PROXIMITY TO SOLO/SURAKARTA
From this house to solo is around 2-2.5 hours, the house is close to the southeast ringroad area of Yogyakarta
