How are payments processed?
It depends on the package you choose:

Payment is split directly by the OTA (e.g. Airbnb), and follows their payout schedule. - Inspired Investment (20%)
Full payment goes to Bukit Vista, then send your profit on the 5th of the following month after all bills and revenue sharing has been paid.

What are the management costs and ROI?
Costs and ROI vary by property and depend on the property’s unique characteristics. After discussing your property, we create a personalized business plan that outlines estimated monthly expenses, projected ROI, and revenue. The business plan is key to understanding your property’s potential and maximizing returns.
How does profit-sharing work?
We use the BV GO app for transparency. Guest payments go directly to your bank, minus our commission. Monthly reports show revenue and performance. Bukit Vista aligns our success with yours through two exclusive revenue-share packages
- Inspired Investment (15%)
Core management services—housekeeping coordination, maintenance oversight, guest support, and detailed reporting—at a predictable 15% share. - Inspired Branding (20%)
Includes everything in Inspired Investment plus professional photography, targeted marketing campaigns, and bespoke design enhancements to drive premium rates and occupancy.
Can payments go to an international bank account?
Yes, we support global accounts. Just provide bank name, account number, and ID photo. Payments take up to 7 working days.
Are there hidden fees after partnering?
No hidden fees. If cost prediction is difficult due to property conditions, we flag it with a low-reliability score. Example: unstable electricity or no water access may cause extra costs.
What costs are NOT included in management service fee?
