As a Management Trainee, you are expected to work within different teams and functions within the company. You will be directly involved in our day to day business operations, overseeing and evaluating our team’s efficiency level and manage our strategies and next actions. This is a fast track role — where we would like you to succeed as our mid-senior level management in the coming years.

What will you do:
- The entire range of work that success demands, from the nitty-gritty details to the highest strategic planning, no job is too big or small when you’re an entrepreneur
- Discover new problems or opportunities across our startup & organize projects to resolve some of the most abstract & critical areas of our community driven approach towards hospitality
- Lead and drive high-priority strategic initiatives that achieves our vision and mission
- Collaborate with and rotate among various departments (Hosting, Business Development, Community Management, Business Intelligence, HR, PR, Awareness, Product Development, Finance) to discover issues, prioritize, problem solve and execute initiatives
- Shaping user funnels (guest, partner and employee) strategy
Qualifications:
- Generalist, a person who enjoys doing a bit of everything entrepreneurial and innovative
- A person who finishes tasks, projects & assignments on-time and strives to exceed expectations
- Self learner, bias to action and have a growth mindset
- Curious, data-driven and strategic-focused
- Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written English)
