As a marketing intern at Bukit Vista, I, Utami, am thrilled to share the enriching experience of our recent Round Table Talk held at our Yogyakarta Base on March 22, 2024. Our team, consisting of Dea, Ali, and myself, engaged in the discussions, setting the stage for future collaborations and innovations in AI in property management. This gathering was a melting pot of ideas and insights, featuring distinguished guests including Mr. Asnan from UGM alumni, and active students like Ezra, Cinantya, and Herdien from the Tourism Bachelor Guest Lecture Session.
The Arrival and Initial Interactions
It started with the heavy rain of Jogja that everyone knows about, so first, open casual talk was being held outside with Mr. Asnan and our team’s Ali. At the same time, I had the pleasure of talking about college life and aspirations with our tourism bachelor guests. The discussion developed when I started telling about my experience of taking a language class at FIB UGM to our tourism bachelor guests. As we moved indoors for iftar, the ambiance shifted towards more focused discussions, setting the tone for a night of insightful exchanges.
Strategic Collaboration and AI Innovation Talks with Mr. Asnan
In discussions with Mr. Asnan, the focus was on Bukit Vista’s efforts to connect with UGM for potential hiring. Mr. Asnan pointed out the significant role of UGM alumni in connecting companies with recruitment opportunities and mentioned plans for bi-weekly guest lectures and workshops, seeing Bukit Vista as an important partner. He introduced the concept of internal recruitment through direct contact with him, suggesting a UGM-specific job platform. Mr. Asnan also showed interest in Bukit Vista’s AI technologies for possibly streamlining UGM’s registration processes and aiding company promotions at UGM’s career fair.
Exploring AI in Property Management: Clarifying AI’s Role in Tourism with Dea
Dea Novita addressed the tourism students’ curiosity about AI in property management company, especially in Bukit Vista’s daily operations. She detailed how Bukit Vista leverages AI technologies like Athena, Hermes, Apollo, and Iris for tasks such as review responses, hosting management, revenue projection, and partnership assistance. These AI tools play a crucial role in analyzing guest and partner sentiments, improving service quality, and ensuring client satisfaction. This explanation provided insight into Bukit Vista’s innovative use of AI in property management and its impact on the tourism industry, aligning with student interests in Human Resources and tourism development.
Utami's Take on AI in Property Management for Content Marketing
In my session on AI Optimization in Content Marketing Strategies, I emphasized how Bukit Vista employs AI to enhance content marketing strategies, such as storytelling and SEO, using Story Keyword Based Article Copywriter. Highlighting our use of platforms like Airbnb for showcasing properties, I detailed our AI tools for content and design, such as Vista Listing Copywriter and UI/UX Design Inspector, which streamline our marketing efforts. Students were particularly interested in why Airbnb is our preferred platform and how it aligns with our goals for visibility and engagement in the tourism sector.
The discussion extended to website development, increasing user engagement, and strengthening partnerships through effective communication strategies. I presented our designs to the tourism bachelor guests and solicited their feedback, making the interaction more engaging.
