Inner Journey is a deeply restorative Yin Yoga & Sound Healing experience held at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center, designed to guide you into stillness, presence, and deep rest.
Led by Linda, this session combines long-held Yin Yoga postures with the soothing vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. As the body releases tension, the sound gently calms the nervous system, allowing the mind to settle and emotions to soften.
This is not about pushing or performance. It’s about letting go — physically, mentally, and emotionally — in a safe and grounding environment surrounded by nature.
