Account and Payment Management
What actions should be taken when a property is marked as "off track"?
If your property is marked as “off track,” promptly contact your Community Manager through the Business Operations contact number. They will help you schedule a meeting with our VP of Operations, who will review the situation and provide guidance to realign the property’s performance.
Where can the payment schedule or next payment date be accessed?
You can find payment-related information by navigating to your My Property page:
- Go to Accounting Report
- Click on Transaction Details
- Select the guest’s name to view the Estimated Pay Out Date
This provides clarity on when you can expect to receive your payouts.
Is the amount displayed in the accounting report the final payment for the month?
This depends on the type of package and booking source:
- Inspired Branding: Yes, the amount shown is typically final. However, payout schedules vary:
- Airbnb: Payouts follow Airbnb’s internal schedule.
- Booking.com: Payouts are processed on the 15th of the month following the guest’s check-out.
- Inspired Investment: Payouts are determined by the guest’s check-in dates. You’ll receive a monthly financial report on the 5th, which includes finalized earnings.
Booking Management
How can the calendar be blocked for personal use?
To reserve dates for personal use:
- Go to the Booking Page
- Click on the Calendar Section
- Select the Blue Button
- Choose the unit, pick the date, add a photo, and complete the required details
This ensures the unit is unavailable for bookings during your selected time.

For properties under the Inspired Investment package, is the Expenses page utilized? Is it possible to view a detailed breakdown there?
No. If you’re subscribed to the Inspired Investment package, you do not need to use the Expenses page. A customized expense report is automatically prepared and sent to you by the 5th of the following month, containing all the financial breakdowns relevant to your property.
