Account and Payment Management

What actions should be taken when a property is marked as "off track"?

To address a property marked as “off track,” please reach out to your Community Manager through the Business Operations number to schedule a meeting with the VP of Operations. This will help resolve any issues and get the property back on track.

Where can the payment schedule or next payment date be accessed?

The payment schedule and next payment date can be found on the My Property page. Navigate to the Accounting Report, then click on Transaction Details. From there, select the guest name to view the Estimated Pay Out Date.

Is the amount displayed in the accounting report the final payment for the month?

For Inspired Branding properties, the amount shown is the final amount, though it varies depending on the booking source. Airbnb payouts follow a specific schedule, while Booking.com payouts occur on the 15th of the following month after check-out. For Inspired Investment properties, payouts are based on guest check-in dates, and financial reports are sent on the 5th of each month.

How can the calendar be blocked for personal use?

To block the calendar for personal use, go to the Booking Page, select the Calendar Section, and click the blue button. From there, choose the unit, pick the date, add a photo, and fill in the relevant details.

Features and Tools

For properties under the Inspired Investment package, is the Expenses page utilized? Is it possible to view a detailed breakdown there?

No, the Expenses page is not used for Inspired Investment properties. Instead, a customized expense report is provided and sent by the 5th of each month. This report contains the necessary financial details.
