  • Payments to Bukit Vista will be processed online when guests make a booking through an OTA (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.).
  • Each OTA service has its own payment processing methods.
  • For Airbnb, the accurate payment amounts will be sent separately to the owner (you) and Bukit Vista, following the revenue-sharing breakdown.
  • Booking.com will issue a payment for all bookings on the 15th of the subsequent month.

Yes, payments can be made to international bank accounts. We arrange for automatic payments from the OTA to your bank account.

The recipient will need to provide Bukit Vista with their bank account details, including the bank’s name, account number and holder’s name, along with a photo of their ID card (passport).

Payments may take up to 7 working days, and you will receive the net value after commission.

The minimum contract length for property rental is 1 year.

We calculate revenue sharing after deducting fees from OTAs (such as Airbnb, booking.com, etc), but before applying taxation. For further information on property tax, please refer to this link.

The property manager is not accountable for the property’s operating expenses.

The property owner bears the responsibility for the operating expenses associated with the property. These include costs for utilities like water, electricity, and internet, as well as salaries for housekeeping staff (calculated based on the compensation system in place with the employed staff), procurement of cleaning tools, laundry, potential damage expenses, and handyman costs in case of any damages. Additionally, costs for equipping facilities to meet the standard are also the owner’s responsibility.

We do offer our community experts services such as cleaning, pool maintenance, legal assistance, and interior design to support the operation of your property.

After discussing with property managers and our finance team in Bukit Vista, we can estimate the average monthly expense it takes to manage a villa. As well as an estimation of the potential revenue generated & monthly ROI.

The profit-sharing mechanism with Bukit Vista is designed for simplicity and transparency: After you become our partner, you’ll gain access to our BV GO app, which allows you to monitor and control your property’s performance in real-time, from anywhere. When a guest books and completes a transaction, we’ll directly deposit their payment into your bank account, minus our share of the revenue. You’ll also have access to monthly sales performance reports and detailed revenue-sharing breakdowns.

Included in the 15% revenue-sharing fee is our commitment to building a powerful brand for your property, to get quality bookings. This fee covers the Delightful Operations Package for seamless property management, and the Inspirational Branding Package for high-performance marketing, and assures no fixed management fees, aligning our incentives with your property’s success. Additionally, it includes 60 days of personal use of your property and a professional-grade business plan, at no extra cost, to help maximize your revenue potential.

The 20% revenue-sharing fee encompasses the management fee, which ensures the highest return in the shortest amount of time. Additionally, it covers operations management, alleviating concerns regarding property maintenance. This fee is calculated as a portion of revenue before the deduction of operational expenses.

Every owner pays what they feel is the right amount of tax, according to their financial strategy and plans. We will not pay taxes on behalf of owners since we’re not collecting any ‘hidden fees’ for tax collection. We advise speaking to a knowledgeable legal representative to find the correct tax for you.

To maintain our commitment to partners’ trust and integrity, we ensure unbiased referrals by not collecting any ‘fees’ or ‘commissions’ from our community experts. However, we occasionally engage in marketing collaborations and knowledge sharing with them.

No hidden fees, but if we’re unable to predict your revenue situation or expenses in the Business Plan stage of our relationship, then we’ll give it a low-reliability rating of (40-60%). This could be because you’re located in a region where there is little historical data to draw forecasts from, and we might encounter more surprises in expenses than we had anticipated. For example, your electricity might be unstable, and we would need to budget for a generator to ensure reliable power to the property. Or, there may be no government pipelines for water, and we would need to buy tanker water. If you’re aware of any of these conditions, please announce these to our business analysts so that they can forecast more clearly.

We communicate cash flow, profit and loss statements, and transactions in real-time through BVGO. Property owners can also track bookings that occur at their property. Also, keep in mind that the hospitality packages we offer in Inspired Branding and Inspired Investment are revenue-sharing, which means you will not spend money until you get revenue. For the purchase of goods, maintenance, overhead expenses, and other expenses, we will always communicate with you, property owners, to maintain a property with 5-star quality.
