What will you do:
- Visionary
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with Bukit Vista’s mission and support our long-term goals, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Upper Management
- Lead HR projects, including talent identification, organizational design, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance management, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Strategist
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to inform decision-making, improve HR policies, and address challenges proactively.
- Knowledge Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, ensuring Bukit Vista complies with all regulatory requirements and maintains its reputation as an excellent employer.
- Sub Management
- Work closely with department managers to understand their human resource needs, advising on people management issues and helping to develop their team’s potential.
- Executor
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, weekly company meetings and exit processes.
Qualifications:

- Bias to Action: Proven ability to translate strategic HR plans into actionable initiatives that drive results and enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to addressing HR challenges and contributing to business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly regarded.
