What will you do:
- Talent Acquisition and Selection:
- Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline the talent acquisition process, from conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications to making recommendations to hiring managers.
- Employ AI algorithms to conduct advanced candidate assessments and predict candidate success.
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background screenings using AI-powered solutions to ensure the suitability and integrity of potential hires.
- Collaborate with the management team, using AI-driven data analysis, to negotiate and finalize employment offers that are competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Employee Development and Training:
- Develop and implement training programs that analyze employee skills and knowledge gaps, aligning them with our company’s goals and industry trends using AI-enhanced tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using AI tools, making data-driven improvements as necessary.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to employees in creating individual development plans and career paths, focusing on skill acquisition and career progression.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement AI-driven performance management processes and tools that evaluate employee performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Utilize AI analytics to conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to employees and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals based on AI insights and provide guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Recognize and reward high-performing employees with the assistance of AI performance data, fostering a culture of performance excellence.
- Address performance-related issues in a timely and fair manner, following established policies and procedures, and leveraging AI insights for resolution.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention by analyzing employee sentiment and feedback.
- Organize AI-informed employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs tailored to individual preferences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment using AI insights to promote open communication and collaboration.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, providing AI-guided guidance and resolution to enhance overall employee experience.
- Conduct AI-assisted exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departures and recommend improvements to enhance retention.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and regulations, using AI tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on employment legislation using AI-driven tools to compliance tracking and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
- Provide advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resource management, preferably in the hospitality industry or startup environment.
- Solid knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, selection methodologies, and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for people development and employee engagement.
- You are expected to have executor leadership level in this role.
