Hi, I’m Rama, HR Operations and Engagement at Bukit Vista. I have the privilege of watching our engineers transform operational bottlenecks into elegant, thoughtful features that empower our community. One of the latest innovations implemented directly on our BV GO platform is the MRII (Monthly Report of Inspired Investment) Automation—a project that turned internal feedback into actionable improvements.
The Visibility Gap: What We Were Missing
One of the things we value deeply at Bukit Vista is building trust through transparency. That’s why our full board reports exist in the first place—they reflect our commitment to keep property partners updated with the progress we’re making on their behalf. But recently, we discovered an issue. Although these reports were consistently generated, they were getting lost.
The general action feed, where the reports were placed, became a crowded stream of updates. Full board reports—despite their importance—were buried under more frequent operational notifications. Our partners couldn’t always see the work we were doing. And without visibility, trust becomes harder to maintain. This is where the engineering team stepped in.
Engineering a Solution: Where Visibility Meets Functionality
Ega Permana, our Flutter Developer, led the development of a smarter, more purposeful experience for viewing these reports. He was supported by Wendy, our Flutter Developer Trainee, and Titan, our Product Owner. Together, they crafted a solution that was simple, but powerful:
- Separate full board reports from the action feed so they can stand out
- Display them directly on the My Property page, where they make immediate contextual sense
- Embed analytics trackers to monitor engagement and ensure they’re actually being seen and read
This solution didn’t just address user experience—it’s rooted in solving real, human problems. The thing that I admire most about our Engineering Team is their empathetic approach to building solutions as clearly reflected in the User Stories and Development Plan crafted for this project (see below).

Why It Matters to Bukit Vista
We often say that data tells the story of our service. But it can only speak if people see it. By restructuring how we deliver full board reports, we empower partners to understand the progress of their properties at a glance, without hunting through irrelevant updates. The MRII Automation feature now enables higher partner engagement by surfacing essential updates intuitively, improved internal accountability through analytics tracking, and more transparent property performance storytelling. This is how we turn internal feedback loops into frontline improvements.
Impact Metrics and Forward Motion
We’re now monitoring adoption of this feature as a key success indicator. Our SLA target is for 10% of inspired investment partners to actively utilize the new Inspired Investment Report experience, tracked through our BVGO Activity Monitoring system in Datavista. The early signs are encouraging. We’re seeing stronger engagement, and even more importantly—we’re seeing feedback that partners feel seen.
