In our journey of growth and exploration, we’re looking for a talented Sales & Partner Relations Secretary to join our team. You will represent the company through WhatsApp and calls, handle day-to-day partner communication, deliver our policies clearly (including saying “no” politely), and close conversations professionally.
- Reply to partners and potential partners via WhatsApp and phone.
- Communicate Bukit Vista policies clearly and politely.
- Handle requests confidently, including saying “no” when needed.
- Schedule calls when necessary.
- Log communication in HubSpot and write short call summaries.
- Record calls using Fireflies and attach the link in HubSpot.
- You may ask internal teams for updates/information.
- You do not escalate conversations for managers to take over.
- Strong communication and a calm, friendly tone.
- Comfortable saying “no” without creating conflict.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined with documentation.
- Familiar with WhatsApp and basic tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- Real experience in sales support and partner operations.
- Structured workflow and clear boundaries.
- Additional compensation based on the experimental setup.
