As a Housekeeping Specialist at Bukit Vista, you will be a crucial part of ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience of our properties in Bali.
What will you do:
- Property Excellence:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our properties to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Housekeeping Operations:
- Efficiently manage housekeeping schedules, ensuring rooms are prepared for guest arrivals and responding promptly to special requests.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and readiness of properties, addressing any issues immediately.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens, coordinating replenishment as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the maintenance and front desk teams to ensure seamless property operations.
- Completion of a Vocational High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Embrace and understand Bukit Vista’s core values, contributing to a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Possess a growth mindset, a proactive approach, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, willingness to learn English must be present if you’re not fluent. Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) is a plus.
- Proficiency in various cleaning techniques, including proper use of cleaning agents, equipment, and tools.
- A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to spot and address even minor imperfections.
- Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while meeting cleanliness standards.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address any housekeeping-related issues or challenges.
