Job Summary:

As a Prompt Engineer at Bukit Vista, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the potential of generative AI to deliver unparalleled hospitality experiences. You will be responsible for designing, refining, and optimizing prompts that guide our AI models to create engaging content and visuals. Your work will directly impact the guest experience and the effectiveness of our AI-driven operations.

What will you do:

1. 1. Prompt Development: Create and iterate on prompts used to instruct AI models, ensuring they align with our hospitality objectives and guest satisfaction goals.
   2. Contextual Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the context in which the AI operates, including the intricacies of the hospitality industry and the unique needs of our guests.
   3. Prompt Optimization: Continuously refine and improve prompts based on guest feedback, performance metrics, and evolving hospitality trends.
   4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI developers, data scientists, and content creators, to align prompt development with our overarching hospitality vision.
   5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prompts to ensure AI-generated content meets our high standards of quality and guest expectations.
   6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt guidelines, best practices, and success stories to foster knowledge sharing within the organization.
   7. Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and generative models to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into prompt engineering.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or AI-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to critically assess the impact of prompts on AI model outputs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI model training processes, including fine-tuning, and ChatGPT is a plus.
