In our continuous pursuit of innovation, we are seeking an AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. This role is central to developing and refining AI-driven interactions, ensuring our services remain competitive and innovative. The AI Prompt Engineer will be instrumental in leveraging AI to solve complex problems, improve guest satisfaction, and streamline operations.
What will you do:
- You’ll stay up-to-date on the latest AI advancements and identify new technologies that can benefit our business.
- You’ll become an AI expert, sharing your knowledge with others to create a culture of learning and innovation.
- You’ll collaborate with different departments to understand their challenges and design AI solutions that fit their needs.
- You’ll design, develop, and maintain AI models, making sure they’re reliable, efficient, and deliver real value to our company.
Qualifications:
- Growth Mindset: You’re always curious about new AI technologies and excited to keep growing your skills.
- Bias to Action: You can turn ideas into action plans and execute projects efficiently.
- AI master: You’re an expert in AI, including NLP, machine learning, Python, and prompt engineering. You’re also familiar with leading AI platforms and tools.
- Leadership: You have experience leading tech projects and can inspire and guide teams.
- Strategic Thinking: You’re an excellent analyst and planner who can identify ways AI can give us a competitive edge.
- Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical concepts to people who aren’t AI experts and collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field is preferred. A master’s degree or certifications in AI or machine learning are a plus!
