- What will you do:
- Visionary:
- Envision and develop a state-of-the-art backend infrastructure that supports our ambitious goals of scalability, security, and exceptional performance.
- Anticipate future technical challenges and growth, planning and implementing solutions that ensure our backend systems can evolve and scale.
- Upper Management:
- Work in close collaboration with the frontend team and product managers to define and achieve shared objectives, ensuring a seamless, high-quality user experience.
- Lead initiatives to improve our development processes and practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
- Strategist:
- Design and implement backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability.
- Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies and frameworks to improve backend efficiency and performance.
- Knowledge Management:
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in backend development, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.
- Document architecture decisions, APIs, and coding standards to foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Sub Management:
- Mentor junior backend developers, guiding them in best practices, code quality, and project management.
- Facilitate technical discussions and code reviews, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Executor:
- Develop and maintain scalable and robust APIs for web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet our functional and non-functional requirements.
- Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, implementing efficient database design and querying.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring high availability and performance of our services.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in AI-powered tools: Interest in leveraging AI and machine learning tools to optimize backend processes and enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express).
- Experience with server, network, and hosting environments, including understanding of database management systems (MySQL).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies.
- Collaborative: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, though candidates with significant experience and a proven track record will also be considered.
