Business Data Scientist (Available for MSIB 7)

What will you do:

• You’ll design and build smart models that find hidden insights in massive datasets. This will help us understand our business better and make smarter decisions.
  
• You’ll be a master of the latest data science tools and techniques, ensuring we use the most cutting-edge methods to analyze information.
  
• You’ll work with business leaders to find ways to use data science to solve problems, gain an advantage over competitors, and achieve our goals.
• You’ll analyze data to forecast trends, measure how well we’re doing, and see how our choices will impact the business.
• You’ll put your data insights to work by creating solutions and models that improve efficiency, cut costs, and make the business run better overall.
  
• You’ll collaborate with other teams to make sure our data tools and models work seamlessly across the company, fostering a data-driven culture.
  

Qualifications:

• Problem-solving pro: You have strong analytical skills and are an expert in using statistics, machine learning, and data visualization to solve problems.
  
• Coding whiz: You’re comfortable with programming languages like Python, R, or SQL and know how to use tools like pandas, NumPy, or Tableau to work with data.
  
• Business sense: You understand revenue management, pricing strategies, and how markets work.
  
• Communication master: You can explain complex data insights to people who aren’t data experts in a clear and interesting way.
• Strategic thinker: You can translate data insights into plans and recommendations that get things done.
• Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key! You have a keen eye for detail and care deeply about data integrity.
• Team player: You’re proactive, self-motivated, and can work independently or as part of a team.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or something similar is a plus. A master’s degree is even better!
