In this role, you will be responsible for managing the public image of our property management startup, harnessing AI to elevate our PR efforts. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with the media, guests, and potential employees. Your expertise in AI-driven strategies, event organization, review management, and recruitment awareness will be instrumental in propelling our company’s growth and success.

What will you do:
- Media Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers while harnessing AI tools to identify key media opportunities.
- Leverage AI-driven data analytics to create press releases, news articles, and media kits that effectively communicate key messages and company updates.
- Utilize AI tools to identify trending topics and pitch compelling story ideas, securing media placements to enhance brand visibility.
- Review Management:
- Utilize AI-driven tools to analyze and manage online reviews and ratings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs.
- Deploy AI chatbots for efficient, personalized responses to guest reviews, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
- Leverage AI-generated insights to guide relevant departments in continuous improvement through review data analysis.
- Event Organization:
- Plan and execute AI-driven events to promote our property management services and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with AI-powered event management platforms and vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Innovate event concepts, themes, and promotional materials using AI-generated content and recommendations. - Monitor event success through AI-driven metrics, including attendance, media coverage, and guest feedback analysis.
- Recruitment Awareness:
- Create and implement AI-driven strategies to increase awareness of job openings within the property management industry.
- Utilize AI algorithms to develop recruitment campaigns and promotional materials that target and attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to leverage AI in promoting job openings through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and industry associations to streamline talent acquisition processes.
- Participate in career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events, leveraging AI-powered tools to expand recruitment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the hospitality industry or startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in managing online review platforms and social media channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and industry trends.
- You are expected to have executor leadership level in this role.
