As a Content Creator & Online Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our vacation rental properties on various online platforms. Your expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and OTA optimization will be essential in attracting potential guests, increasing bookings, and maximizing our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to unleash your creativity and contribute to the success of our vacation rental business.

What will you do:

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content to market our vacation rental properties across different online platforms, including Airbnb and OTAs. Develop property descriptions, compelling headlines, and visually appealing multimedia content, such as high-quality photos and videos, that highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase the beauty, ambiance, and amenities of our properties in Bali. Utilize your creativity and technical skills to capture stunning visuals that evoke the essence of Bali and create an emotional connection with potential guests.
  • Online Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute effective online marketing strategies to drive visibility and increase bookings on Airbnb and other OTAs. Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to reach and engage potential guests.
  • OTA Optimization: Optimize property listings on Airbnb and other OTAs to improve visibility and search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize property titles and descriptions, and utilize OTA-specific features to enhance the positioning and attractiveness of our properties.
  • Content Localization: Adapt content and marketing materials to target specific international markets and audiences. Take cultural nuances and language preferences into account to effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties to diverse guest segments.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of property listings and marketing campaigns on Airbnb and OTAs. Monitor key metrics, such as views, conversions, and booking rates, and use data insights to optimize content and marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships that can enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including property management, sales, and operations, to gather relevant information and align content and marketing strategies with business objectives. Establish partnerships with influencers, travel bloggers, and local businesses to expand our reach and drive brand awareness.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content and marketing materials align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and messaging across different platforms.
  • Bali Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, attractions, and experiences in Bali. Leverage your local knowledge and insights to create content that showcases Bali as a desirable vacation destination and encourages bookings.


  • Growth mindset, bias to action and self-learner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field are appreciated.
    • Additional certifications in digital marketing or content creation are a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Strong visual content creation skills, including photography and videography.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
