This immersive learning experience unfolds in two primary divisions: Reservations and Hosting, where participants have the unique opportunity to directly interact with guests and be an integral part of the service delivery process.
In the Reservations division, participants become vital members of the team responsible for coordinating and managing reservations. Here, they gain hands-on experience in understanding the booking process, responding to inquiries, and managing reservations, which are the first steps in crafting a remarkable guest experience. Whether it’s guiding potential guests through the booking process or helping them choose the perfect accommodation, these employees play a crucial role in ensuring that the guest’s journey begins on the right note.
On the other hand, the Hosting division provides employees with a close-up view of what it means to be an exceptional host. It’s a unique opportunity to directly engage with guests staying in Bukit Vista-managed properties.
What makes this phase of the BBW program even more valuable is the guidance and mentorship provided by seasoned team members. Supervision from experienced professionals ensures that participants not only gain practical experience but also learn from the best in the business. Guest Experience Supervisor: Navigating the Guest Experience
The BBW GES role at Bukit Vista is instrumental in maintaining top-quality standards for inspected properties. This multifaceted role involves meticulous property inspections, including villas, homestays, and guesthouses, while ensuring alignment with Airbnb listings. Employees utilize Slack communication to seek real-time guidance and ensure that listed amenities match what’s available on-site. Properties are classified into High Risk, Medium Risk, Low Risk, or No Risk categories, leading to a roadmap for improvements based on a comprehensive quality control checklist. Interactions with property managers foster collaboration, and the entire inspection process is documented through videos and photos. Results are transparently shared, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and the enhancement of property quality.
In this role, I can experience being a guest and put myself in the guest’s shoes to assess property quality. I can also assist property owners in enhancing their property’s quality before receiving complaints from guests. Content: Unleashing Creativity in Marketing
The BBW Content segment of the BBW program offers employees an exciting opportunity to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of marketing, with the guiding hand of the seasoned marketing team. This role is a gateway to honing marketing skills, sparking creativity, and contributing to Bukit Vista’s online presence. It’s an avenue where employees become storytellers, brand advocates, and digital strategists, all rolled into one.
One of the key responsibilities within this role is the Listing Update task. In this capacity, participants work diligently to enhance and maintain the accuracy and appeal of property listings. They understand the importance of these listings as the digital face of each property, ensuring that every detail, from property descriptions to photos, aligns with the high standards set by Bukit Vista.
