This role is crucial in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms, ensuring they are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and aligned with our brand’s mission.

What will you do:
- Visionary
- Lead the design of intuitive, engaging user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive the overall user experience across Bukit Vista’s digital platforms.
- Strategist
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs and behaviors, informing the design process.
- Knowledge Management
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve our design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Sub Management
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Executor
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a wide range of digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and interactive tools.
Qualifications:
- Creative and Innovative Design Skills: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and apply new UI/UX practices and technologies, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
- User-Centric Approach: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating design ideas and rationale clearly and persuasively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to address user needs and solve complex design challenges creatively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, supplemented by relevant work experience in UI/UX design.
