I lead initiatives focused on employee retention by reviewing team performance and supporting individual career aspirations of both employees and interns, fostering a nurturing environment for professional growth. My comprehensive skill set in HR management, compliance, and strategic planning reaffirms my dedication to supporting the organization’s objectives and enhancing employee satisfaction.

  • October 2023 – March 2024 • Human Resource Admin

    I played a pivotal role in managing the monthly evaluation and payroll processes for a workforce of over 50 employees. Additionally, I have been instrumental in ensuring the continuity of manpower planning and succession strategies while actively defining clear career paths for our team members. Additionally, I took charge as the project manager for BV E-Talk 10, overseeing a team of eight and successfully organizing this significant event. Furthermore, I was responsible for the end-to-end intern selection process, from CV screening and interviews to coordinating trial programs and onboarding, showcasing my skills in talent evaluation and ensuring a smooth integration of new talent into the organization.
