The space

CAPACITY
This house is perfect for families or groups as it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The maximum capacity is 8 people with the condition that an extra bed is needed for the extra 2 people.

BEDROOM
You’ll have 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds in the room downstairs, 1 twin bedroom upstairs and 2 clean bathrooms.

KITCHEN
We have a small kitchen which is suitable for small families/groups. We don’t have luxurious and complete equipment, but you can still use it to prepare dishes during your stay at our house. You can use what’s available like basic dishes & silverware, a sink, one burner stove, a mini fridge, and basic cooking utensils.

EXTRA MATTRESS
We provide 2 extra beds/mattresses.

WASHING MACHINE
We don’t provide a washing machine yet, but you can access the nearest laundry at nearby properties (Multipurpose laundry & online shop – 23 meters)

STAIRS
Please be mindful that this property has a spiral staircase. Elderly guests might need special attention when roaming the property.

PARKING SPACE
There is also a small garage that can fit 1 city car. If you bring a large car or more than one car, you can park it on the side of the street in front of the house.

THE LOCATION
Your stay will be located in a residential complex that does not have a portal, so you don’t have to worry if you want to stay beyond 10 PM. Access roads are wide and easily accessible by car.

EARLY CHECK-IN FEES
If there are no other guests on the morning of your check-in day, we may be able to speed up your check-in time with extra charge with the details below:
– Early check-in after 12:00 = free of charge
– Early check-in before 12:00 = 25% of the nightly rates
– Early check-in before 10:00 = 50% of the nightly rates
– Early check-in before 8:00 = 100% of the nightly rates

LATE CHECKOUT
If no other guest is coming on your check-out date, we can extend your check-out time with an extra charge with the details below:
Late check-out up to 13:00 = free of charge
Late check-out up to 14:30 = 25% of the nightly rates
Late check-out up to 16:30 = 50% of the nightly rates
Late check-out after 16:30 = 1 night extension stay

• If you arrive before check-in time, you can simply inform us and we can help you to drop your luggage at our place in advance.
• We also can arrange a car rental or transportation for you to drive around the town.
• Our staff will be available from 9 AM until 5 PM, but will gladly be available for you if you have a late check-in.
• Time to check in flexible. So don’t be afraid you can’t get in when late check-in.

BREAKFAST
We want to inform you that we do not provide breakfast.

WATER HEATER
The water heater in the main bathroom.

SMOKING POLICY
Feel free to only smoke in the outdoor area around the house.
