The space

The entire villa is yours to enjoy. You have to go down stairs to reach the villa.

Whenever the weather is hot and you feel the need for refreshment, you can always relax on the spacious main balcony and enjoy the breeze accompanied by the sound of the stunning waterfall right in front of you.

BEDROOM

• 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people (we provide extra beds for extra guests that automatically charge within your total guest input at the beginning)
• Private bathroom in each room + hot tub.
• Two bedrooms have interconnecting doors with 2 double beds.
• The third room has 1 double bed. This room is a combination of the living room so it does not have its own entrance.
• Each room is equipped with AC

WATERFALL
Please note that because this villa is located right next to a waterfall, the sound of running water which is quite loud will be your background sound during your stay here. But the sound of running water is the most soothing sound ever.

KITCHEN

• We have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
• We also provide a rice cooker if you want to make your own food

PARKING
The parking lot is quite spacious, can fit 2 cars.

BALCONY
The balcony in the western room fully captures the beautiful forest view from your room.

We had 2 extra beds. If you are arriving with more than 6 people, please enter the exact number of guests who will be staying here, and we will assist you to arrange extra beds according to your needs.

WEDDING/PHOTOSHOOT
Yes, you can do photoshoots at this property. The fare is around Rp. 600 thousand. For more info, don’t hesitate to contact us.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT POLICY
Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 (STRICT) onwards, Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Check-in time is no later than 10 pm. We usually won’t be there for a late check-in, but we will let the on-site staff and security guard know you’re coming so they can help check on you. We can also arrange a driver for you to make it easier to arrive.

Checkout time is 12 noon. Late check out is subject to availability and a fee will be charged if you wish to use the room. However we may offer to hold your baggage during normal check out time at the reception area and you can still use the public facilities or enjoy the area while waiting for your flight time.

HOW TO GET FOOD?
Food is provided at breakfast, the menu can be different every day depending on your request. You need about 10 minutes drive to find the nearest restaurant (don’t worry, there are some good restaurants at Transmart Carrefour Maguwo). We also have a rice cooker if you want to cook your own meal.

You are not allowed to smoke in the house. You are only allowed to smoke outside the house area or on the balcony

SWIMMING POOL & RIVER
Unfortunately we do not have a private swimming pool at this property and we do not recommend you to play in the nearby river. However, we can offer stunning views that will help you relax and get in touch with nature.
