Job Summary:

As a Content Management Strategist at Bukit Vista, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our knowledge management initiatives, leveraging AI tools and techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and informative content from various perspectives (employee, guest, partner, tech) while also using AI insights to identify untapped content opportunities that can enrich our knowledge base.

What will you do:

1. 1. Content Creation: Develop high-quality articles and social media posts that offer insights and perspectives from different angles, including employees, guests, partners, and technical experts, using AI-generated content recommendations and insights.
   2. Knowledge Identification: Proactively identify opportunities to convert internal and external insights, experiences, and information into valuable knowledge assets with the assistance of AI-powered content suggestion tools.
   3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with our knowledge management goals and business objectives, utilizing AI-driven data analysis to inform strategy decisions.
   4. Content Curation: Curate and organize content within our knowledge management system, ensuring easy accessibility and relevance to stakeholders.
   5. Knowledge Enrichment: Continuously enrich our knowledge base by synthesizing information, conducting research, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices, harnessing AI-driven market analysis and trend identification.
   6. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage AI-powered data analytics to assess the impact and effectiveness of content initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement, and optimizing content strategies.
   7. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and knowledge for content creation, utilizing AI-powered knowledge extraction tools.
   8. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of content creation processes, content strategies, and knowledge management best practices, streamlining documentation tasks with AI-powered tools.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in content creation, content strategy, or knowledge management roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling and informative content.
  • Exceptional creativity and the ability to view topics from multiple perspectives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and content performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and best practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
