What will you do:

• Visionary
  • Develop and articulate a forward-thinking content strategy that aligns with Bukit Vista’s long-term goals and brand vision, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in content creation and distribution.
• Upper Management
  • Oversee the content management team, ensuring efficient resource allocation, talent development, and high-quality content production that meets organizational goals.
• Strategist
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in content marketing, adjusting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Knowledge Management
  • Champion the use of data and analytics to inform content strategies, ensuring decisions are based on insights and performance metrics. Develop a knowledge-sharing system that promotes learning and innovation across the team.
• Sub Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content strategy is integrated across all channels and platforms, maintaining consistency and maximizing impact.
• Executor
  • Implement content strategies through meticulous planning, execution, and optimization. Monitor content performance and adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
