This role is critical in architecting and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and securely to inform strategic decisions and operational efficiencies.

What will you do:

• Visionary
  • Design and implement a scalable data architecture that supports Bukit Vista’s long-term goals and data strategy, foreseeing future data needs and technological advancements.
• Upper Management
  • Lead the management of data infrastructure projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Strategist
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance the data infrastructure, improve data quality, and reduce latency in data delivery.
• Knowledge Management
  • Establish robust data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Sub Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, engineering, and business units, to understand data needs and ensure the data architecture supports organizational objectives.
• Executor
  • Build and maintain ETL processes, data warehouses, and data lakes, ensuring high performance, reliability, and alignment with business needs. Monitor system performance, implement optimizations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• AI-powered Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using modern data engineering tools and platforms, including cloud services, ETL tools, and data modeling software.
• Leadership: Experience in leading data projects, managing timelines, and working collaboratively with team members across different departments.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement data solutions that align with business goals and drive value.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data engineering, big data analytics, or related areas are highly valued.
