What will you do:
- Visionary:
- Imagine and define the future of user interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring they align with our mission to delight our users.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest frontend technologies and practices to create innovative solutions.
- Upper Management:
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Advocate for best practices in frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Strategist:
- Develop and execute strategies for frontend architecture, including state management, API integration, and component libraries, to support scalable application development.
- Identify and assess new technologies or frameworks that can enhance our development efficiency and product quality.
- Knowledge Management:
- Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and compliance regulations.
- Document code and create resources for team knowledge sharing, including style guides and development practices.
- Sub Management:
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvement.
- Executor:
- Implement responsive, high-performing web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services, and ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and desktop.
Qualifications:
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Bias to Action: Demonstrated ability to move projects forward and make decisions with a sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools: Experience with or willingness to learn AI-powered development tools to streamline the coding process and enhance productivity.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more modern frontend frameworks (React).
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and SEO principles.
- Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
- Collaborative: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Educational Background: A degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience and a portfolio of projects may be considered in lieu of formal education.
