From defining a clear product vision and roadmap to engaging with stakeholders, your impact will be felt at every stage of the product development lifecycle. As a Product Owner, you will not only be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements but also for ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations. Your agile mindset, analytical prowess, and stakeholder management skills will be pivotal in driving the success of our products and delivering them to the market.

What Will you Do :

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap
    • Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
    • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and updates based on customer needs, market demand, and business value.
    • Create and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the product’s direction and milestones.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation
    • Engage with internal stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and customer support teams, to understand their pain points and gather requirements.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes that capture the desired functionality and user experience.
    • Clearly define and document product requirements, including functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and dependencies, ensuring a shared understanding among all stakeholders.
  • Agile Product Development
    • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the product development team, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the agile development process.
    • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, continuously refining and adjusting priorities based on feedback, market dynamics, and business objectives.
    • Conduct sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to optimize the development process and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong relationships and establish effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and end-users.
    • Solicit feedback and input from stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their requirements and concerns are considered.
    • Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing questions or concerns
  • Product Launch and Success
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth and successful releases, and monitoring user adoption and feedback.
    • Continuously track and analyze key product metrics, user engagement, and customer feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Incorporate user feedback and market insights into future iterations and enhancements, ensuring the product remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within a technology or software development company.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with design thinking principles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of property management systems, hospitality operations, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, user-centered design, and delivering exceptional products.
  • You are expected to have executor leadership level in this role.
