What Will you Do :
Your role as a Product Owner is integral to our Engineering team’s success, with responsibilities spanning across various Leadership Attributes:
- You’ll connect the engineering team with other departments, keeping everyone on the same page about product goals and deadlines. You’ll also manage the product budget to make sure we’re using resources wisely.
- You’ll create a roadmap for product development, outlining key milestones and features. You’ll also research the competition to ensure our products stay ahead of the curve.
- You’ll maintain a central location for all product information, making it easy for everyone to stay informed. You’ll also foster a learning environment within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and growth.
- You’ll oversee the entire product development process, from initial concept to launch, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications:
- Growth Mindset: You’re always up for a challenge and excited to keep growing in your career.
- Bias to Action: You’re proactive and results-oriented, with a knack for moving projects forward.
- Tech wiz (kind of): You understand technical concepts and can leverage technology to improve product development.
- Product pro: Experience in product management, especially in a tech environment, is a plus, with a track record of successful launches.
- Leadership Skills: You can inspire and guide a team, and you communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a similar field is preferred.
