Job Summary:
As a WordPress Engineer at Bukit Vista, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our website as a knowledge management source. You will be responsible for ensuring the website’s functionality, optimizing its performance, and creating guidelines for its effective use.
What will you do:
- WordPress Development: Manage and maintain the WordPress website, including updates, plugins, themes, and customizations.
- Content Management: Collaborate with content creators and knowledge managers to ensure the website serves as an effective knowledge management resource.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and a seamless user experience.
- Guideline Creation: Develop guidelines and documentation for website use, ensuring that team members can efficiently navigate and contribute to the knowledge management platform.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect the website from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
- SEO Optimization: Work on SEO strategies and optimizations to improve the website’s visibility and search engine rankings.
- Troubleshooting: Address technical issues, bugs, and errors promptly to maintain website functionality.
- Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketers, to align website development with knowledge management goals.
Qualifications:
