What will you do:

• Visionary
  • Envision and implement cutting-edge website features and functionalities that align with Bukit Vista’s brand and strategic goals, setting new standards for user experience and performance in the hospitality industry.
• Upper Management
  • Lead projects to enhance, optimize, and expand Bukit Vista’s WordPress sites, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to deliver high-quality results.
• Strategist
  • Identify trends and technologies in web development that can be leveraged to keep Bukit Vista at the forefront of digital hospitality, ensuring our websites are fast, secure, and scalable.
• Knowledge Management
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments, plugins, and security best practices. Share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Sub Management
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure the website supports content strategy and visual branding guidelines, facilitating cross-functional projects to improve site performance and user engagement.
• Executor
  • Develop custom themes, plugins, and integrations that meet business requirements, improve site performance, and enhance SEO. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Growth Mindset: A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying ahead of web technology trends and WordPress developments.
• Bias to Action: Proven ability to translate ideas into actionable plans, delivering results with attention to detail and deadlines.
• AI-powered Tools Proficiency: Experience with using AI tools for code generation, content creation, or site optimization is a plus.
• Leadership: Ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with team members from various disciplines.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective web solutions that align with business goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Relevant WordPress certifications or coursework is highly regarded.
